We are currently in the process of moving offices, creating structures for our company and looking to the future with a possible expansion in staff. Justin was able to come into a blank canvas and with a few very thoughtful questions, take what was in my head (that had not even been verbalized to myself yet) and make it a reality in my work space. What he created was not only neat and organized, but tailored to my specific needs.

Justin was thoughtful in his approach merging what I needed with what would be aesthetically pleasing. Often times what was pleasing to the eye did not mesh well with what was physically needed to do my job, and that is when Justin rolled up his sleeves and found a way to make the necessary beautiful. That is just one of the wonderful qualities about Justin....the phrase "not possible" is NOT a part of his vocabulary or his attitude! Not only is Justin a master at creating a functional work space, he is also able to take a look at your business, discuss your goals both short and long term and help to facilitate systems, environments and suggest tools that will make those goals possible.  Whether it is discussing what office equipment, computer programs or databases may support your company's needs or setting up the foundation for your company to expand its workforce without having to reinvent the wheel, Justin excels at it all.  During our time together, he assisted in organizing my email database, created electronic filing systems for projects, contacts and documents, rid the office of excess supplies and furniture (which was donated to a local school), set up a computerized back up system for important documents and set up new office equipment (internet, phone lines, scanners, printers, etc.)  While Justin was working on the organization of my space, I was busily going about my work day and before I knew it my workspace was transformed.

Within our organization, Justin has worked with both executives and assistants and has received rave reviews all around.
