When I started working with Justin, I wasn't sure what to expect. I immediately felt at ease with him though. He was extremely professional through the entire process and listened to what my needs and goals were. He is like a personal assistant, psychologist, organizer, and friend all rolled into one! He gave me some great tips and even helped me do the work. I TRUSTED him to do tasks on his own without me looking over his shoulder, which is very rare for me as I don't trust anyone but me to do the job right, especially only knowing him for a short amount of time and I don't regret it either. One of the cool things about Justin is that he utilized the tools that I had onsite and advised me of their capabilities. Thank goodness he's IT savvy! Because he taught me how to use the tools that were in my office, I was able to save money by not having to go out and buy new things to get organized.

Justin helped me to effectively manage my time and work routine, create an efficient Outlook e-mail system (this one is my favorite and has helped me immensely), store hard and electronic material appropriately, and properly manage my task flow based on what my particular needs were. These are just to name a few! One of the things that helped me to be able to implement these things is that I had the desire to make the changes to my habits and behavior, but I was lacking the discipline. Justin gave me ideas on how to combat that as well! Now when I walk into my workstation I don't feel so oppressed. I feel like I can breathe and efficiently do my job and then some. Even my fellow colleagues have commented on my new workstation and attitude.

It was amazing how some of his tips and suggestions were so simple yet so efficient that I would ask him, "Why didn't I think of that?" I realized I was trying to be too organized that I was making things much more complicated for myself. I think I was trying to distract myself from the real tasks at hand, perhaps because I had a much deeper issue. They say that some people fear success because they believe that more work is expected of them, but I realized that for me I wouldn't have feared the success if I was organized from the get-go. Now that I am, I CAN joyfully take on additional responsibilities at work, which is going to help me to excel in my career

When we were done, I have to admit I was apprehensive about Justin leaving. I was intimidated by the fact that I would have to go at it alone, with no one to hold my hand, but I have amazingly been able to do it all by myself! One of the great things about Justin is that he's still available to you even after your time with him is completed. I can reach out to him anytime I have questions or need his feedback on something. He's still very responsive.

The O.C.D. Experience is a must have for any office assistant! I truly believe this statement. All companies should invest in a Justin Klosky. If I ever own a company, working with him will be a mandatory requirement for ALL of my employees! The O.C.D. Experience is exactly that… an experience… a therapeutic one for that matter. I will NEVER go back to my old ways again. Thanks Justin!!

Let me just state for the record that I love what I do for a living. I have been very dedicated to my work for the past two years which has left me little room to do much more. When the time came that I realized I was reminding myself of that on a daily basis I knew something needed to give with my current circumstances...and that's when I remembered Justin.

In supporting a large group, the delicate act of balancing very varied distinct personalities on top of having limited resources to manage the consistent and overwhelming workload, I had become anxious and tense; I began bringing this home with me. My current approach to tackling my work was no longer working for me.

Having known Justin for some time now, I presented his company to my co-worker who was also daunted by her workload. We were both slightly apprehensive of just how this would play out. We knew taking yet another course was not going to provide us the discipline needed to implement the common sense applications these seminars produce.

Justin came in and sat with me to formulate a plan to tackle my work which was tailored to my personality and style. He held my hand through relinquishing my pack-rat mentality. He asked the questions I needed to ponder and guided me toward voicing the answers I needed to embrace to make this change stick! He provided very useful, practical applications that I could finally be disciplined with in my day-to-day.

I found that I endured many self realizations during my time with Justin both professionally and personally. I discovered that I was an "over" organizer and in many ways set myself up for failure with systems that I just could not keep up with. I also loved how Justin helped me to learn and really feel that I do not need to be ashamed or apologize for how out of control I felt with my workload. It happens to the best of us. It was ok to admit these things, embrace it, and ultimately make the steps to change it for the better. If I didn't have him beside me through this process, I would not have been strong enough to make these changes. It made all the difference to have the one on one contact.

Walking away from this experience has left me refreshed. I'm "lighter"! I feel my mind is clear enough to tackle making some big life decisions and adding a better balance to the separation of my work and home life. I now catch myself implementing his tactics/systems at home as well. If I haven't touched or looked at it in more than 6 months, it's gone!
