There are Pinners you can follow or that can follow you. It is up to you how to categorize your interests and make your own personalized pin board. Here an example of an O.C.D. Experience pin board:
What’s so great about Pinterest is that pin boards keep growing and growing everyday.

We have all seen them. We have all been confronted by them. We have all been them!
The term sleepwalker has evolved into something new and almost as scary and disturbing…TEXTWALKING! People who walk and text without paying attention to the things around them until they are confronted by them.
The term textwalker is becoming more popular everyday as we evolve into a society that is addicted to our technology. We can’t leave our smartphones anywhere without feeling alone or like we are missing out something. Ask yourself when the last time you went on a date without your phone was? How often are we being pulled away from physical living to our virtual worlds?
There are rumors and Photoshop pictures circling the internet (one below) displaying an iPhone with a camera on-top of the device with a tiny video displayed (when they choose) to show what is in front of you while textwalking. I think this would be an interesting idea, but am not too confident that these rumors are true. Creative though!
An ITN News video in the U.K. shows that, “some London pedestrians have become so preoccupied with e-mailing and text messaging on their BlackBerrys and cell phones that they can’t make it down a city block without crashing into lampposts or trash bins. One of the most hazardous streets for “walking while texting,” is East London’s busy Brick Lane, lined with trendy boutiques and curry shops, where people have been filmed walking head down, ricocheting off various stationary sidewalk objects. The solution? Wrap Brick Lane’s lampposts with fluffy, white rugby goalpost cushions.”
I admit that I fall victim to textwalking all of the time. I also admit that it has almost killed me once. So why do we continue to do it? Our need to constantly communicate, post, pin, tag, check-in is our way of validating ourselves and communicating to everyone following us that we are interesting. Everyone has something to say, something to share and naturally it can’t wait. Why..because it doesn’t have to. Has it become more interesting to be engaged virtually rather than presently? Take for instance this video below that went viral. What could be more important than being present on your wedding day during the ceremony….texting about it!
As we become more addicted to our devices and letting people know where we are, what we are doing and how we are doing it, we shouldn’t forget that in order to live we must be present. Facebook’s new Timeline update, as much as people hate it right now, will be the prime example of how much time we spent documenting our lives instead of living them.
Let’s not forget textwalking and running into a bear. Apparently a common thing these days….
Are you a huge fan of categorized lists? Take a look at these organized lists that are based on specific themes. Online lists that include a mix between interior design and fashion are really fun to look at. The way that these lists are organized keep the objects in a neat and distinct layout. Here are a few pictures of lists that are both visually pleasing and inspiring. Each one has a color theme and a blend between clothing, accessories, and home goods.

You can make a list like these by using the program called “Snag It” – you can download it here - http://www.techsmith.com/download/snagit/default.asp
Making these lists are a great way to keep you organized. They definitely come in handy for making wish lists for yourself or getting gifts for friends and family.
We are all familiar with the old question “If you were stranded on an island in the middle of the ocean and could bring one thing, what would it be?” Some say chocolate and some have a love for French fries, but what if you just had your iPhone? How long would you really be “stranded?” A solar powered charger and your iPhone (with a little magic reception from passing cruise ships and the fact that soon internet will be EVERYWHERE) on an island in the middle of the ocean? You’d be better off updating your Twitter saying “on vacation be back when I’m ready.” With the advance of AI Siri she could even keep you company and have in depth conversations about where to bury your own body
.
Today’s technology really is top of the line and ever evolving, just ask renown theoretical physicist Michio Kaku. By the time you got to that island you could have pictures updated and current locations working in full force. Your favorite song would be streaming at the same time your emailing the office telling them your going be a little late. Not only are these pieces of technology immaculate in their image, but are also unbelievably useful past the point of return. What can’t you do is really the question? It’s clear that by the way these iPhones sell that people are addicted to the efficiency of them and how easy it is to navigate through them. You should see the digital documents we create for our clients.
Once you got off the island your relationship with Siri would have evolved like no other. You would trust her to be your true personal assistant and confidant. Siri would help you organize your phone, if she isn’t already doing it on her own, ask her to set up a meeting, jot down a reminder or even set your alarm. These are steps to an organized lifestyle right in front of your face, literally in your hand. This piece of technology really has the ability to get you lined up for the easy life. If Siri has a list of all the tasks you need to do for the day she will remind you to get it done. Anti-procrastination. Email options galore to move to the trash (throwing something out), creating and labeling your own folders.
I have realized that what you hold in your hand all day really can be used as a reflection to organize your lifestyle. I guess you could say, I live like an iPhone…a bit more organized than a king.
We spoke to Justin Klosky, a professional organizer who specializes in helping people go digital in every aspect of their lives. He shows us how to get started today.
No matter where you live or what you do, organization and storage are crucial — and usually a challenge. In the past decade, digital systems have introduced efficient new ways for us to get get a handle on our endless amounts of documents, photos, recipes, magazine articles…the list goes on. Now, if you’re one of many Americas who still pay your bills by “snail mail,” just consider how many of your paper bills could easily be stored via your computer. Imagine how much storage space you could free up in your home if you were to eliminate the physical clutter by digitizing it all.
I spoke with organization guru Justin Klosky, founder of The O.C.D. Experience – O.C.D. stands for “Organize & Create Discipline.” Justin trains clients to systematically digitize and organize their lives. “In other words, I’m trying to teach them simple ways to make their lives easier and more functional,” Justin explains.
