    It’s All About YOU!

    O.C.D. Love Life Tip #2

What really makes you happy? Good music, a walk on the beach, sitting alone and reading a great book, cooking, seeing the latest movie in the theatre, outdoor activities, going out drinking with friends, playing with your dog or bird that you bought on a whim, being at the gym, writing, taking a vacation…I could go on forever.

On a much deeper level what makes you happy emotionally? Being with someone who constantly caters to your needs, being with someone who is completely independent from you, having someone who meets you half way and will always talk to you about what you are feeling, or even being with someone you hardly get to see? What about that person who is with someone else while they are with you, but you are too scared to let them go because they “love” you, they really do.  I have been in all of these relationships and finally know what I need.

Have you thought about what really makes you happy and what you need?
